What is your shipping policy?

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept Direct Bank Transfer / Manual Payment. Additional online payment methods will be added once our payment gateway is fully activated.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link. You can use this number to track your order on Track Your Order page or through the carrier's website.
Can I cancel my order?
You may request cancellation before your order is submitted for fulfillment. Once an order has been submitted to our shipping partner or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you can request a return after delivery according to our Returns Policy.
