This Shipping Information explains how orders placed on Luxe Taveel are processed, shipped, and delivered. Please read this page carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or unforeseen delays. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping for transparency:
- Standard: $15 per order
- Express: $30 per order
No additional handling or packaging fees. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 8–15 business days. Times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high demand. Delays outside our control are not our responsibility (see Terms & Conditions).
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking information. Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch; allow up to 48 hours for updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring shipping and billing details are correct. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Delivery Issues & Delays
We recommend inspecting packages upon arrival. Once delivered (per carrier confirmation), responsibility for loss or theft passes to you. If the item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can assist (see our Refund & Return Policy).
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment (per tracking), contact support for investigation. We may offer refund or reshipment at our discretion (see our Refund & Return Policy).
International Shipping
We ship only to the United States. No international shipping, local pickup, or same-day delivery is available.
