By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use our services.

For material changes, we will provide notice on the website or by email where we have your contact information. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility to Use the Services

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our website or place orders. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 2. Customer Accounts (Optional)

An account is not required to make purchases; guest checkout is available. Creating an account provides access to features such as wishlists, order tracking, and product reviews. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

3. Products and Order Placement

We offer physical clothing products intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Product images and descriptions are provided for reference and may vary slightly from the actual item due to differences in lighting, display settings, or manufacturing processes. All prices are displayed in United States Dollars and are accurate at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order (for example, due to pricing errors, limited stock, or suspected fraudulent activity) and will notify you if such action is taken.

4. Payment Terms

We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors (including major credit and debit cards) as displayed at checkout, as well as manual bank transfer and. We do not collect, process, or store any financial account details ourselves. For bank transfers, orders will be processed only after full payment is received and verified. You are responsible for any associated bank fees, taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other costs imposed by third parties. We are not liable for delays or additional fees related to customs clearance.

5. Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

Orders are processed manually and forwarded to third-party fulfillment partners located primarily in China and the United States. Standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Shipping is available only to addresses within the United States. Estimated total delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, although actual times may vary depending on the fulfillment partner, carrier, customs procedures, or other factors. Tracking information will be provided when available. We work closely with carriers to ensure timely delivery. If an order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment (as shown in tracking), please contact support for resolution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellations are permitted only before the order is processed and forwarded to our fulfillment partner. To ensure your cancellation is approved and to avoid delays, please request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact support immediately to submit your request. No cancellation fees will apply when the request is approved. Once processing or shipping has commenced, cancellation is not possible due to the direct preparation and dispatch of the product. 7. Refunds and Returns

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

All products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the services or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question. We are not responsible for issues caused by third parties, including shipping delays or customs procedures.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, natural disasters, labor disputes, government regulations, customs holds, pandemics, or transportation interruptions. We will notify you of the situation and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the content solely for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without our prior written permission is prohibited. Any reviews or feedback you submit grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use them to improve our services.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law, interferes with the website’s operation, involves fraud or spam, posts harmful or illegal content, or otherwise harms our business or other users.
